E N G A G E M E N T N O T E S & T E R M S
1. All rates are base rates for the experience as described. Travel, lodging, backline, and production costs are billed separately when applicable and discussed at time of booking.
2.Band rates include standard NYC market musician fees. Rates for bands bringing their own instruments and/or full acoustic setups are reflected in the base quote.
3. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
4. Curation deliverables are licensed for one-time or ongoing use as specified at booking. Exclusive or indefinite licensing is available at an adjusted rate.
5. Friend, partner, and nonprofit rates are available at the company's discretion. Studio NINE23 prioritizes organizations doing meaningful work in culture, community, and the arts.
6.Custom packages — combining curation + performance, or multi-night engagements — are available. Inquire directly.
7. Technical riders for live performance sets available upon request. Studio NINE23 is experienced producing fully acoustic to full-production setups.
